Uh Nitram, I'm not entirely sure if you were in earshot when that was said what with the two of us walking off from where everyone else was.

I can remove the post.

Considering how much time it takes me to finish reading (and understanding) the whole Fae business, I think I'll ditch the intermediary adventure for now and proceed to the demon kicking business soon.

Sorry for the delay in posting, work has been very busy. I should be able to post tonight. :)

My reply is ready, just let me know if everyone agrees on moving on. Good little RP scene which should earn a solid 5 XP.

Here you go. With your data, well, you can't help thinking that perhaps, your target has something to do with that. Tough choice: either stop a war that could kill hundreds and risk later finding Asken's lair empty, or go on trying to stop Asken as soon as possible, knowing that you might very well be too late to stop the war thereafter.

Methinks several of you are in for a Virtue roll and Limit gain in either case

Did he post a message explaining his absence somewhere?

At any rate, I have Marcao who clearly wants to press forward, the others are still hesitant. Continue the debate until it is settled
And Hotfoot, please post your character's opinion too. After all, she's the caravan master

He spoke to me in AIM about it. I think he's having a rough period IRL.

And he posted about it in Down Below

While Nitram is recuperating, it would be a good idea for Hotfoot to post Liayna's opinion.

Anyone else get the feeling we're trapped in a quantum superposition of choice where whatever we choose will collapse into the correct/incorrect choice according to the maliciousness of The Nomad? Hopefully some decisive action will get things rolling again.

I said 'according to the maliciosness', which means that if you are feeling particularly benevolent then we will not be screwed over by our choices, while if the reverse is true...

Or maybe I'm just paranoid.

At any rate, the players' choices will greatly help determine the outcome, I can assure you of that. Act very astutely and you might just have your cake and eat it too.

Just FYI: I am currently devouring (there is no other word) the new Infernals book. The only flaws in this book are the limited RP prospects for player characters.

But for a Storyteller, it is a pure, priceless gem. The fluff, the Charms, the Infernal mechanics, the akuma and Demon-Bloods, it is one of the best Exalted book (if not the best).

And, well, your quarry is said to traffick with demons...

All in all, it is a good choice that you chose to avert the war. It gives me time to prepare what I hope will be a truly epic confrontation.

If Marcao and Hotfoot agree, we can move on to Keln and Valmer.

Sorry for taking so long in updating the game.

Here you go. Choose which trail you will follow (you can split, though it is not mandatory, and would be kind of awkward from a metagaming POV).

Well... my problem is that you gave us one choice, so we made it, and now not two GM posts later we have to make a second.

When you're around a table dice gaming, that works fine. When you're on line or playing by mail, that sucks.

Also, you have Rheonix taking a break, and Marcao and Hotfoot are both busy IRL. Nit's been in the hospital, and since the first of this month he's had 5pints of blood.

I can't carry this on my own, Nomad.
