Thanks. I don't think my Megatron is that much different from G1 Megatron, just placed in a more realistic and coherent story as well as removed from the formula that means he must have an evil plan and be defeated within 1/2 hour.frigidmagi wrote:I really do like your Megatron and Prime more then the standard. Your Prime isn't that wildly different but your Megatron... He feels like a competent leader. You can understand why those bastards follow him to the end of the universe and back.

I don't know about that, in the G1 cartoon he was often meaninglessly sadistic and abusive towards his troops.
Much like the current puppet despot of Cybertron. I will admit I respect Warhulk and he died well.

I can't recall him being gratuitously abusive towards any Decepticon. Starscream got verbally bitch slapped a lot, but Starscream tended to run his mouth off.frigidmagi wrote:I don't know about that, in the G1 cartoon he was often meaninglessly sadistic and abusive towards his troops.

I think what might save the world from Black Arion is if they make Germany's mistake and take on two fronts at once.
I want to see what Blackheart does with his Furlough.

The "gee whiz mister!" scene with the kids was great. I'm sure many of them started searching the 'Net for that snippet just to say they met him.
The glares of hatred in Chicago might be trouble, but as I've said before he's On Furlough. Booze, Hookers, and Tattoos. Knowing Blackheart's luck, however, there will be a drunken brawl at some point.

TF. I swear you try to make Stryke pussy-whipped.
Either way, you're doing great with the team. But as Nit said "Why'd it have to be KUPP?"
(although the new IDW Kupp is a lot better. More Sgt. Rock)

"I had Deathstrike practically crawling down my engines!"
That was the line that made me laugh. Nice to know everyone's favorite 'Con has that fearsome a rep.
He is built for deep space interception and heavy ground attack. Sending him after a fleeing Astrotrain is exactly what he's built for.

That should be a sneer, imho."I've done this before Megatron," said Starscream as he launched a pair of missiles.
I've edited a couple spelling mistakes, but as Frigid said, Megatron hit the ground running. I'd wondered where Megatron was, and for a moment why Starscream was using a silver/black pistol. When you clarified, it was a 'oh DUH!' moment for me.
Great Job.

Don't ever do that again. I need to see my mistakes, not have them vanish on me.LadyTevar wrote: I've edited a couple spelling mistakes, but as Frigid said, Megatron hit the ground running.

They're still in the SDN copy. I looked it over while working and they leapt out at me.
Mostly spelling errors.. Their/There. A few seem to have words missing.
Do You, I'm assuming.Do want the one on the left or the right
Better = ready?Get your pets better for battle
It all seems to be things from rushing to get your ideas down on paper, so to speak. It bugged me horribly as I tried to read the story.
I'm sorry. Next time I'll go back to saving up all the typos and posting them to you so you can see them yourself

Unless there's some 40K thing I don't know about, I think you mean berths bro."The majority of us lord," she replied. House Mustarios was the largest single share holder in Callivern. "A few of your House's own armsmen, a few from other ships looking for new births, and a handful of battlefleet veterans. "
This is from the first section of the new update, 4th paragraph down. Otherwise I'm enjoying the story. Is the navigator going to be the only psionic on board? Someone had told me that some of the houses kept tame ones for protection and such?

Noble houses and starships both often have psykers on staff. Yes, the ship will have a few.frigidmagi wrote: Is the navigator going to be the only psionic on board? Someone had told me that some of the houses kept tame ones for protection and such?

Crap. Take out Taskmaster, and that takes out the one agency actually able to do something about Black Arion.

Is the Soviet Union still standing in this timeline?
You know the best solution to Black Heart's problem may simply be to not have him on a team permanently but as a one man reaction force. That or keep him on a number of teams but rotating out so that he's never exposed to them long enough to impact the team dynamics.

The Soviet Union is still around. Essentially they're in better shape because of metahumans and they go along with the liberalizations in the 80s, but dig in their heels and arrest Yeltsin et. al. when they try to break up the Soviet Union in the 90s.frigidmagi wrote:Is the Soviet Union still standing in this timeline?

What of the Warsaw Pact? Also I imagine the Baltic States are less then happy.

Warsaw Pact breaks up about the same way it does in real life. The Baltic States could be happier, but Russia doesn't get looted and run down like it did in real life so they're not as unhappy as they could be. Also, their ethnic minorities are happier since the Baltic States loose the opportunity to be dicks to them.frigidmagi wrote:What of the Warsaw Pact?
