I'm considering purchasing a point of Subterfuge. What would the XP cost be if I were to do so?

You don't already have Subterfuge, so it would be a New Ability.

New Abilities cost 3 XP.
Raising an Ability you already have is 2 x (Ability's Current Rating)

To raise an Attribute is 4 x (Current Rating)
To gain a new Gift is 3XP
(actually 3 x Gift Level, but right now you are all stuck at Level One gifts)

Raising your Gnosis is 2 x (Current Rating)
Raising Willpower or Rage is 1 x (Current Rating)

If you want to see your route, Googlemap "Gatlinsburg TN", and with terrain and/or Satellite view, follow the road south.

Yes. There is a LOOP. You have to get close to it, but once you find it the little GoogleMan can take you to see a nice picture of it.
