Rules annoucement: This is in the OOB as well.

You cannot raise levies with IPs, only by conqearing or settling more provinces.

One unit of transport (i.e 5) can transport one unit of ground troops.

That is all.

I am going to say this one more time.

No. No one has mages that can win battles against a normal army all on their own. NO ONE. NOT EVEN YOU. If you start autoing mage stuff on me, then the next post you'll see is from me where your mages explode everywhere. If you wanted that kind of game, you shouldn't have gone low magic. Another note, if your super duper mage power isn't in your OOB? You don't have a super duper mage power. Sucks to be you.

AcNut, Charon and Cat are good because they've listed them and spoke to me. Havoc is listing them now. The rest of you should make a note to post them in your OOB if you really want them.

Also I want an utter end to this question "Oh God his mages aren't gonna win the war are they?" The answer is NO. If you don't trust me say so.

It is only bad under certain metaphysical frameworks. Blood gets sacrificed for things that are not magic all the time. To wash away sins, on the altar of war etc etc.

I have updated my OOB with a full explanation of the nine Collegia Mysticae and what the Magisters affiliated with each are approximately capable of.

Just because I generate a lot of blood doesn't mean I do magic with it.

All I'm saying is that a great many of you will get Viking Ogres, and you have only yourselves to blame.

Ha! I too was lost for about two months what with exams, projects, and getting a new job there and just starting to poke my head in to see what I had missed, and evidently its not much. Catch up time I suppose.

Fortunately for you, we slowed to crawl when frigid had exams.
It's not that I'm unforgiving, it's that most of the people who wrong me are unrepentant assholes.
