And whatever makes you think that was my idea in the first place? I was much happier with Damian remaining Elseworlds, it was DC who decided to make him real (well, you know what I mean).

For that matter, we so far have no idea about Ollie's family status, either.

Damian Wayne still exists in the new 52, and is still Robin. Lian, Roy Harper's daughter, does not seem to exist yet, which also means she won't have been senselessly killed off, either.

To be fair, he was married to her at the time. One generally doesn't worry about getting their wife knocked up, as that's what you're suppose to do anyways.

Still I'll admit, Talia? Okay she's hot, sure, but there's a full blown list of ladies that share that and who aren't insane.

Talia isn't the one who's mad, it's her father (and our son, as it turned out). And crud. I had hoped that with the reboot they'd at least get one thing right and relocate Damian back into Elseworlds again.
As they seem to be adamant about keeping pretty much all of established history (which is going to be interesting where I'm concerned, given the time I've spent raising Robins) what was the point of doing a reboot to begin with?

That presupposes it's actually going to increase sales. As with Marvel undoing the Peter/MJ marriage, I'm not sure DC has any fucking clue what their readership actually want. A real reset might have helped clear up the admittedly massive backlog of conflicting canon, but they don't have the guts to do that (which to some extent is a smart thing, pretty much all of our origin stories have been done to death), and as long as they're keeping as much of the background as they seem to, they might as well not have bothered. So far, all I see the reboot having done is make pointless changes to Clark's costume for no apparent reason and have him act like me.

Having not seen any of the shows, I can't vote for any reasonably, though if I take my brother's views into mind Rome would win (as he harrasses me constantly to watch it, just as I'm encouraging him to see A:TLA).

For me, tech support essentially means Tim or Barbara. Though I can still see that getting hilarious fast.
And given I've been on the job for 72 years I think I'm entitled to feeling a little old-fashioned were modern day electronics are concerned. Back when I started, transistors were future tech.

Also, if there were a way to turn hatred into energy the world's energy problems would have been solved years ago.

Actually, at that point, it probably was. Most of my assets were so much crushed debris at the bottom of the remains of Wayne Manor at the time.

To get what? A bigger bullhorn? This is NML Gotham. No gas, no water, no electricity, no nothing. I couldn't exactly send emails, make a TV appearance or feed an 'I'm back' into the city's PA systems. What would you have had me do? Look for a really large Boom Box?
