I thought this was a fantastic Kotaku article about aging games, and the mods that allow them to look and feel just as good as games being released this year.

It's just got potty trained - Old games are anything Pre-2010 to me, anything after that is varying degrees of "new" to "not so damn new" to "been out awhile"
