Mountain Momma
Totem of Respect
The Appalachian Mountains are ancient. They stood between the Inland Sea and the new-forming Ocean when the Dinosaur Kings ruled. They have withstood the breaking of continents, and always been a source of life and safety, and hidden resources. The Dinosuar Kings knew the Mountain Spirit, and she knew them.
Mountain Momma is a spirit of this maternal care. However, since the Industrial Age, Momma has been under attack. Loggers stripped her cliffsides, miners dug deep, and now coal companies bulldoze whole mountain tops, all to obtain the riches her long life have provided. Mountain Momma is vastly weakened by the attacks upon her, but she still can answer a Pack's call.
Individual Skills: It's hard to move a Mountain, and a Mother is always firm. Each member of her pack gets a dot of Stamina and an extra Health Level (ok).
Pack Skill: Mother's Touch and Strength of Gaia to one Pack Member each.
Ban: Mountain Momma is under attack by those who dig and bulldoze. Stop them from hurting her, heal the wounds left behind.

The Mountaineer
Totem of Wisdom (City Spirit-type, covering the whole state)
Most cities who have been around for a long time have an Awakened Spirit, usually given power by those living within the city. West Virginians have The Mountaineer, their achetype of the strong frontiersman who settled these lands for the White Man, and who has represented self-reliance and independence ever since. The Mountaineer appears as a bearded white man in buckskins, with a long rifle and a coonskin hat. He is friendly to neighbors, cautious of outsiders, and suspicious of 'flat-landers' -- those who have taken WV's resources out and left only poverty behind.
Individual Skills Mountaineer gives a +1 bonus to Firearms and Survival.
Pack Skills One pack member gets Trick Shot (without the drawback -- Mountaineer shoots to kill).
Ban: The Mountaineer is West Virginia's mascot and soul. If a pack leaves WV, they lose all the bonuses from Mountaineer, and when they return they must go and experience something about West Virginia before he'll restore the bonuses. (Go to a WV Mountaineers Game. Go camping in a State Park. Go to the rifle range. Go enjoy an outdoor sport: hunting, fishing, climbing, rafting, etc.)

Copperhead
Totem of Cunning
The Copperhead is the cause of the majority of wild snakebites in the Eastern US, and in West Virginia. While her head is brightly colored, the rest of her tan body with the dark hourglass bands blends seemlessly with the rocks and undergrowth of the Appalachian mountains. She hides in plain sight, strikes from cover, and then blends back into the background.
Individual Skills Copperhead lends her followers +2 Stealth.
Pack Skills All of her pack gets Resist Toxin, and one gets Blissful Ignorance.
Ban: Always have a partner. Strike fast and fade away.

BlueJay
Totem of Cunning
The Bluejay is nosy, almost as nosy as it's distant Raven/Crow kin. It is also loud, obnoxious, and able to live in urban, farm, and forested areas. If BlueJay sees a predator, they set up a squawking that warns all smaller birds to hide. They have also been known to attack predators while protecting their nests.
Individual Traits +1 Awareness.
Pack Traits BlueJay gives the Gift: Distractions to one of the pack.
Ban: Be nosy, look into everything, watch everyone, and warn if something Bad is coming.

Bluejay sounds like something a Ragabash would take as an individual thing, not really a pack as a whole thing honestly...

Then again, there's at least 1 of every kind of pack I suppose.

As for the bans, I would ignore the cucumber thing and focus on the fact that they're usually in groups and responsible for the majority of bites. They're also ambush predators so...

So stuff like:

Always strike back against disrespect
Never be alone expect in your den
Strike from ambush and fade away

Wolves run in packs, so I wasn't sure if "Never be Alone" would be a good one. I can tell you they're not alone even in their Den, they hibernated in balls. "Strike from Ambush" is good, but how many Wolves do you know would do that?
