If you are using a gift, Rolls are a MUST.
If you are doing Social Interaction on a fellow Player, You and They may take it to here or to a PM to discuss what happens. Unless it goes to a Challenge, then it's rolls again. :(

Tev, with permission, I would now like to employ two different gifts, Persuasion and Plug-and-Play.

Rolling Persuasion (Charisma + Subterfuge):

General Havoc rolled 5d10 and got a total of 26:
3, 3, 6, 10, 4

Plug and Play does not require a roll, but the subsequent action I'm about to take certainly does. Sophie is going to use L-CARS to basically crack this professor's computer, right here, and steal every bit of personal data as well as any and all data relating to this chemical spill that he's got. She'll also take anything else she finds in there that's of interest, depending on what she can spot. Thanks to Plug and Play, she can do this wirelessly, even if his computer isn't wireless compatible, and connect to the school's servers, even if they're out of normal range.

I assume, at the very least, this will require an Intelligence+Computers roll, of whatever difficulty you wish. Bear in mind however, she has the Computer Aptitude merit, which reduces the difficulty of all computer-related tasks by 2. She has the same for math-related ones. She also has a level-3 Spirit Affinity with Tech Spirits should these things matter.

Rolling Computer+Intelligence:

General Havoc rolled 9d10 and got a total of 38:

I think I will try again. If he has no computer on him then I'm going to use the campus Wifi to connect to the school's servers and remotely connect to the computer in his office. Plug and Play means I can do this even if there is no wifi network. Which we've already established there is.

And if there's no computer in his office either, I'm going to raid the school's computers for information on him. Just because he's a technophobe doesn't mean the administration of the school is.

But that's next action.
