#1 2nd American Revolution

Post by B4UTRUST »

I don't know how many of you are freeneters but I stumbled over this post on a one of the discussion boards and quite frankly this scares me. Not so much in that one guy suggested this, but that others are in agreement.
Here's a board for organizing "minutemen" for the next American Revolution. The goal is to build a network of revolutionaries across the country who can, on short notice, strike strategic US Government targets across the country simultaneuosly.

We will adhere to the following rules:
1) Only US Government targets, such as National Guard/Military bases, Federal Buildings, IRS offices, will be hit.
2) Post Offices will be left alone as there would be too much of a disruption in the lives of civilians.
3) Military recruiting offices that use civilian shields, such as those located in shopping plazas and other locations surrounded closely by civilian businesses will not be bombed. They may be shot at provided the safety of civialians can be guaranteed.
4) Any member of Congress who votes in favor of extending the USA PATRIOT Act will be a target, but only when they are not surrounded by human shields.

There may be new rules added later, but they will always favor the protection of civilians. Terrorists strike civilian targets. Freedom fighters strike government targets.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am actually concerned at this moment. Say what you will about only a small minority of people would actually do this... but it only takes a few to start something significant. And there are always people who are ready and willing to join a cause, any cause. And this is just... wow.

All these idiots are going to do, if they actually put their money where their mouths are, is convince a wider number of Americans that there is a good reason to have the Patroit Act and that Bush was/is right. This is not the time for violent revolution, in fact violent revolution is not necessary, what is necessary is political action.

Fah, they'd never get strong enough to do any real harm. A few bombings, maybe, but not any more devastating than wacko abortion clinic bombers. Especially with this course of action, they would (I hope, at least) never gain popular support.

I also just "love" how they want to attack recruiting depots, IRS offices, and Federal Buildings. Most of the folks in an IRS office are just everyday civilians that happen to work for the government. And we all remember who all is in a Federal Building when another fucking "revolutionary" blew one up 11 years ago. These people "claim" to be fighting for good, but they're just as vile as the current administration. Either they can't see who the real evil is behind the government, or are to dimented to care.[/rant]

The minute something like goes that far into the public domain, they get swamped with informants from various agents. It wouldn't be far out of the realm of possibility for them to end up with more government members than actual members.
