i cut the last one in half and re post the second part of it so that it would make sense, cause B4 had me just airlifted out where as i had myself allready in the morgue so...

i figure this way our stories match and things make sense

Just to be clear...

Gravitas is working from his own memory of history, his fundamental beleif that this universe began pumping out Metas when his pumped out Daredevils/Psiads/Novas because they're the same phenomenon, a serious dose of paranoia, and some mental problems rising from having witnessed an apocalypse where most of those he cared about died.

Therefore, while he's being logical, nothing he said is guaranteed to be accurate. It's entirely possibel Maxwell Mercer is just a guy in this universe, who did lots of philantrophy and never became unstuck from the timestream. On the other hand, it could also be the Ultimate Villain.

I'll alleviate some questions then.

Tarot's real name is Chase Cooke. He is, in fact, the only surviving member of Ultima Team Bravo. What isn't widely known, however, is that he's the direct cause over half the deaths that lead to the destruction of Bravo team.

And Tarot, from what I've read in the Aberrant books, has seemingly mastered what none of the Novas could. True temporal manipulation.

Then you haven't read enough Aberrant. Temporal manipulation isn't even one of the top tier powers. The game itself has rules and suggestions for dealing with potential paradoxes.

Temporal Manip is availiable to higher-evolutionary Nova's(It's a Rank 4 Power, IIRC), and is the exclusive Knack of Maxwell Mercer, who is not Nova, Psiad, or Daredevil, but Something Else. Gravitas has grasped a simpler version of temporal manip known as Crosstime Travel, but it's exhausting as it's a hefty power.

But, Tarot is a serious, seriously powerful dude. Which is why Gravitas is taking an interest.

This may be completely true, but I just read through the core book for the powers section out of curiosity and they pointed out (Pg 226 core book) that none have mastered the power well enough to travel through time.

Now if you've got a different source in a different book I'm all eyes so to speak since I have access to only a limited amount of the books, and even then may have overlooked a snippit of info in another one that I do have.

Crosstime Travel is from the Player's Guide to Aberrant, and is a Level 4, Quant Min 2. This is the only Level 4 or higher power with a minimum of less than 5. It allows you to turn yourself into raw quantum energy and shift to another possible 'Now'. True time travel is a level 5, quant min 8 power; it comes in several flavours; a 'Warp'-type gate, sending your consciousness, sending yourself(And attuned matter), or creating a bubble and sending everything in it.

Mercer's 'Chronal Awareness' leaves him 'unstuck' in the same way you mentioned, allows him to move back and forward, speed up himself, slow down others, and so forth.

Gravitas knows of most of these as Level 6 powers were used just before he left(Utopian Novas used Creation Ex Nihilo to create Eden, Michael Donighal, AKA Divas Mal, used Universe Creation to make a universe for his people, free of persecution, and the Aberrants used Planck Scaling to create the enviroment that would let The Colony begin it's long game.
