Argent stepped close to Saibot, but spoke to Blackheart. "She's terrified... but not totally of us."

Totally black eyes, as if no white or iris existed in them, looked at the young girl, as if staring into her soul and reading everything. "And she'll agree to anything right now."

"Great, tie her up or whatever and then can we get moving?" Blast asked. The longer they stayed in one place the more likey more people would walk in on them and he didn't feel like having a shoot out in a fucking dining hall.

When the transfer was complete Legacies stepped back and faded into the shadows. "We need to get the senator out of here first, then we can deal with the Astronomer." Legacies felt something in the air, a feeling that was familiar too him and yet foreign. "We sense something... not from here."

The second she was let go from his TK grip she turned around and decked him. "Fucking jerk. Do that again and I won't be nice." She looked at the others and turned invisable before they could grab her. "Just so you know I'm risking my life to help you. No that it matters to any of you...Lets go, it's right down the hall. And forewarning, He's planning on kicking your asses. he's been expecting this." She walked out of the room without another word. Realizing they couldn't see her leave she reconstituted herself at the door and whistled. "Ya'll coming or not?"

From down the hall, they could hear singing. But not the sort of joyful singing that they may hear in a beerhall in Munich during oktoberfest. It had the sound of blood welling up in the throat and was punctuated by cursing and snarling. It was avatar, in his human form. His mind was on the brink of breaking and the only thing keeping him going was remembering songs. This time he was singing the theme from Captain Planet"

Just like the beasts of the earth are going to rise up and rip you apart after I am done turning you into a vegetable!"

He was getting more and more aggressive with each passing moment. His mind slipping into a more animalistic framework. ANd it was evident in his voice. Soon, the silver would start to burn his now exposed flesh as his emotional state would force a transformation.

His skin was mostly gone now. But there was almost no bleeding. A testament not only to the Intracardiac shunt he used to divert blood away from extremities, but also to the butcher's skill

Argent stepped even closer to Saibot, touching his arm as if seeking comfort. She'd been feeling it since she teleported in, but it was only getting stronger.

"Something ... someone... is in very great pain. And someone else is enjoying every second of it." she said quietly. "I don't know what's worse."

"Right, right. Seems they're always planning on kicking our asses without worring about what we might be planning to do to them." Blast said bringing up his shield. Interesting... The shield didn't interfere with his ability to see energy patterns and movement... File that one away for later.

He calmly set down the blade he was currently working with and wiped his hands clean on a damp towel. He removed the apron he was wearing and draped it casually over Avatar's body.

He moved to the other side of the room and entered a small alcove set into the wall. There he began to change his clothes, donning a set of ceremonial robes. He smiled as he made adjustments before walking back into the room.
"You should feel honored. You're going to have an audience for the final rites. Soon now, don't you fret. Soon your pain will end..."

She stood, "He knows you're here. Ya'll are on your own... It's the last door on the right." She turned invisable again and stepped aside.

Seven set his eyes to Infared mode when the girl went invisible he followed her and the others out the door, then watched her stop. Two heavy hitters were on their way to save avitar, Seven looked down at his one pistol and shook his head, there was no way in hell he could take this guy if he was as powerful as everyone said he was. "Show me where the senator is" he said to the girl

Legacies stalked past the others, his senses guiding him to the room. That feeling, it was getting stronger now. Legacies began running, coming to a stop in front of the door he took a deep breath before tendrils lashed out and pulled the door off of it's hinges and sent it flying down the corridor. Legacies stood in the doorway, his eyes fell upon Avatar, almost completely skinned of his flesh. Then his eyes fell upon the tormentor. "Astronomer... Guider of the extra terrestrials, murderer."

"please miss" seven said holding up his hands in what was an attempt at a non threatening gesture, "Just help us find the senator then we will be out of your hair. This nice lady here she can take you anywhere in the world you want to go so far it will not be worth it for this astronomer or whatever his name is to chase you."

Seven knew it was a long shot but he'd rather try and get the hell out as fast as possible before anything else could go wrong.

"Well, if you feel you do not care, and do not owe us....." Argent replied, her body growing, merging into that of a inky winged dragonic shape, with large shiver eyes. "I guess we don't need you." The shadows on the wall clutched Camie tightly, holding her in place.

Blackheart and Saibot were touched by an emotional wave of reassurance, as if Argent was promising to be right back.
