Just in case y'all are wondering. Blast's powers are all of several months old and as such are very immature, as Blast's body adjusts to the changes being made, it becomes more adpated to them. In this case his senses have grown a bit to process and feed the newly available and required information to his brain.
A result of his pushing the power in battle? Or something that happens over time? Well that's up to the GM I would suppose.
