WhiteHaven, Sir Nitram, and I will be 'on vacation' this weekend, from Friday til Sunday, attending MARCON 40.
We plan to have a great time, and we're sorry that you can't join us for the excitement and parties.
Pictures will be taken, if WhiteHaven doesn't forget the camera in the hotel room again this year. While my WhtieMage costume will not be ready, it looks like SirNitram will be able to parade around as the BlackMage (FFV-style!) I plan to have a couple nice outfits to walk around in myself... especially this one little black dress for the Vampire LARP (note to self, pack Fangs, fishnets, and thigh-boots.)

George RR Martin likes Beer. Really likes beer, and talking to pretty young thangs... but he spoke to me as well ;)
We have pictures of Nitram as the BlackMage from FFV. The WhiteMage cotume did not get finished. However, there is a picture of me in Renn-dress, with pearls. :)
Nitram bought me an Amber necklace.. graduated shades of pale gold to red/black. :) We have placed bids on a full set of Wildcard novels, on a 5ftx2ft painting of a dragon that is being done during the con itself, and also on a chance to have a character draw/painted by Jody Lee. :-D Gotta love Auctions!
