Power weapons are detailed in both rulebooks and Inquisitor. They are wreathed in a disruptive energy field that allows them to cleave through armour, chitin, and other forms of defense like they're not there. Particularly advanced forms are akin to lightsabers, but these are uber-rare.
Force weapons literally channel Psy-power through themselves, and into the target with each blow. As a result, being hit with one can kill in one strike, even against the most sturdy demons. Using this aspect of them
does count as normal psy-channeling, with all the attendent dangers. Otherwise, they are treated as power weapons.
Nemesis Force Weapons in the hands of a Grey Knight Brother are simply a Close Combat weapon with a bonus to the beatdown(In the Codex, +2 to Strength statistic). For a Justicar, Terminator, or Brother-Captain, they can also sheath it in a disruptive field of psionic energies identical to a power weapon, cleaving through solid matter like it doesn't exist. Only Grand Masters can channel enough power to let it do the insta-kill as well as the previous noted powers.
