Ottoman pulled one of the weak poisonous darts out from the chainmail where it had caught in his neck. Muttering a prayer the wound closed, the poison was for the most part not a threat so someone so much higher of level. It would just take awhile for it to work through his system. Looking back over the others Ottoman sighed. "Work your magics warlock. We may not be able to get something from the living due to, hasty action. But any information we can get will be useful. Thog is right, even a Trollet would know how suicidal it would be to attack us."

Ottoman shook his head, he would feel a bit weak for awhile, but he was a Dark Paladin, pain was his pleasure, it was as his god demanded. Ottoman however would not take the same chances with his horse, who had a number of the darts sticking from it. "Leandra, make certain the horses are purified of poisons before we move."

Leandra silently handed Ottoman two bottles of antidote. "One for you, one for it." she said simply. "I'd rather save my magic until we're out of potions."

Ottoman took the potions, quickly applying one to his horse and putting the other in one of the bags that hung off the side of the horse. "Yes, however, I think I shall keep this antidote for now. Don't want to waste it one something as trivial as Trullet poison."

"It all depends on how many hit you, doesn't it?" Leandra wryly replied. "Unlike you, I don't get nice plate armor. If it wasn't for this necklace Thog made me, I'd be in trouble with arrows start flying."

Vadlenar held a hand in front of the now drooling Trullet's face "Nope, soul is gone" he said with a grimmace, "we will not be able to extract anything useful from this one, very well then no sense in waste." He stood up and the Trullet began to shamble towards the rest of the necromatic army. "Now what is the plan my friends? shall we make camp for the night or press on?"

Leandra watched the trullet's abused body start to march by, grimacing herself. "Mother Inanna, give this pour soul rest..." she prayed, her hand stretching out to just the trullet alone. The body wavered, then crumbled to the ground as the power animating it died, banished by her clerical magic.

"It's bad enough he was killed after surrendering," she stated, looking to Vadlenar firmly. This time she wasn't joking. "There's no reason to torment it afterwards." Without another word she moved to her horse, mounting again. "We need to find a defendable campsite, do we not? Let's go before the light totally fades."

Vadlenar returned her gaze "There is no torment, simply ruthless efficnecy" he said in an equally serious tone "If you choose to spend your enchantments in such a manner so be it, it is not my place to tell you how to act. I simply was attempting to make use of the situation rather than waste a spell, as I said his soul had allready departed." Vadlenar then turned back to his mount as his skeletal army fell in ranks behind him once more. "El did you see any campsites that we could defend while you were flying?" he asked the druid.

Ottoman got back on his horse. He would have to make certain the necromancer and the cleric stayed seperate lest too many sparks fly. "Everyone saddle up and move out. I want to have camp made within the hour. Move out people." Ottoman drew up his horse and began a trot. "Elwyn, show us the way."

Decimus put his shield away. He'd opted to ride on the cart to protect it and kept his horse tied to it. When trouble had started he had defended the carts precious cargo to the best of his ability from the rain of darts, for his efforts the cart was mostly undamaged. Getting back into the cart he ushered it forward to follow after Ottoman and the others. After such an odd attack he did not feel comfortable sleeping for the night.

Sivri shook all over trying to get over the effects of the poison. It may be low level and rather weak, but she was little and there had been several of thoes darts in her arms and back. She felt rather woosey as she mounted her mare. She made a few clicking noises and heeled the horse gentle to get her moving. She leaned forward and closed her eyes to stop from feeling dizzy.

Leandra nosed her horse over to Sivri. "You ok...?" the cleric asked softly, noting how the darkelf was moving slower than normal. "Have you drank an antidote? There were far too many poisoned darts in the air... even I got woozy from the poison."

Siv turned and looked at Le. "Yea, I'll be fine. I didn't take the antidote, not for something like this. It'll works it's way out, I'm sure. I just got hit by a lot of them is all." She took a deep breath in. "A good nights sleep will help." She smiled and kicked Meeka to get her going a bit faster. Sivri forced herself to ride tall occsionally shaking her head.

Leandra frown, and kicked her horse into a trot, catching up with Siv. "My dear friend," Leandra said conversationally, holding out a bottle of antidote. "Either you drink this now, followed by a potion, or we're going to play doctor and you won't enjoy it as I pour them down your throat."

"But think of the thrill the guys will get seeing us wrestle." she added with a wicked grin and a wink.

Yes yes Mistress." Sive said with a slight giggle. She took the antidote and downed it followed by the potion. "Ok, happy?" She smiled.

Leandra grinned, giggling as well. "Stop that, or the guys will get ideas about us," she teased. "We don't want them suggesting threesomes, now do we? Well... unless its with Elwyn..." She looked over at the druid where he was pacing the horses. "Why is it always the cute ones?"

"Why is what always cute ones?" Came the voice of Thog, having recovered from his poisoning and having buried as many of the Trullets as possible. Well, those that were in enough peices to be buried.

"I could say the same thing... Then again, I suppose we have different criteria in men" This was of course, both Elwyn and Justin talking. This prettyboyness was just a side effect of his being an elf. He could exactly be comley

Leandra gave Elwyn a long look, a thoughtfully bemused expression on her face as she tried to come up with an answer for that comment.

Finally, bluntness won out. "No... I think we're both looking for a nicely hung man to hold us and make us scream in joy."

"weeeeeeeeelll" he said, blushing. Being oddly prude for a gay man, "I suppose that is true. "Though I prefer long term relationships over the night of screaming"

Ottoman glanced over at the trio that was now causing trouble. He smiled under his mask, it was good to be out adventuring again. "As the leader of this band I might have to order you to sleep with them Elwyn, just to get the women to shut up about it if nothing else." Ottoman grinned under his mask, letting out a small chuckle.

"Unfortunatly for you, you cannot order me to do any such thing" the Druid said with a smirk

"Unless of course you were willing to properly compensate me for my services" he said with a wink. "I may be willing to put aside my relationship rule under the right conditions"

He said it of course, purely as a riposte

That was soooo wrong. Now, Justin knew Albert, and knew he had a penchant for puns but this one took the cake

All Elwyn could do was laugh. And laugh hard

Vadlenar almost suggested that he could provide very quiet beding partners, then thought better of it he had been disturbing enough for one night. He had no jokes he could add to the group, instead he hung a little farther back keeping to his army. He would need to repair some of them to insure they could stand guard effectively tonight, for him there was still much work to be done.
