Which reminds me, they should be pushing for Chronicles of Narnia instead, because, yes, the Christian allegory comes on thick, especially in the last book. There are such themes as the Dwarves, who stop believing in Aslan, or, in fact, anybody, and then get screwed over when Aslan lets everyone into the new Narnia (AKA Heaven) because they refuse to believe they're in paradise and delude themselves into thinking they're in a dirty shack and suffering.
There is also the young Calormene soldier who did good things in the name of Tash (the evil killer god of the Calormenes) and was told by Aslan that all good things are really done in the name of Aslan, no matter what one says, and bad things are done in the name of Tash, even if they are ostensibly doing it in the name of Aslan. Repeat ad nauseam.
Harry Potter should be banned from schools?

Well Indonesia is probably got the worst case of Harry Potter fever. When the first book was out, even teenage girls stopped reading chicklets and switched to Harry Potter.Ali Sama wrote:I have family in iran who read harry potter. It;'s quite popular there. My fiance has read it in farsi.

So be it. If saying "NO" means being alone, then to hell with love, with romance, with marriage, and all the shit life keeps pumping at me. I'll walk alone, but with freedom and a healed pride.
NEVER buy a LiteOn CD/DVD Writer. Ever.
