You want explanations here we go:

1) A hundred years or so of world wide alternate history, some of which impacts bat species

2) Some of the psionic energy dumped into the poor bat's bodies to make them go grossly against their instincts ends up driving them bug fuck crazy or completely screws up their ability to regulate their temperature.

Certainly, but some animals are not suitable for that habitat. The species of bat for example, involved which is supposedly endangered, is one which would not roost in an abandoned building. There are lots of bats that will, but not this species. But I am running with it, and will probably come back and see if they are transient or if they are there on a semi-permanant basis

1) I just tore down the parking complex we were in....all your doing is throwing your hands up?

2) your psychic.....you should at LEAST be able to tell Saibot's not acting on his own emotions, and figure out something isn't quiet kosher there.

3) you have a angry, pissed off Power Ranger clone with a Power Ring about to go KILL someone, and your abandoning the battlefield because you wanna get pissy? Calm down and THINK about it! Since you ARE in close proximity to him, your the only one who KNOWS what he's going to do, yet you run off to go play with Gravitas and Blast.

Em's a teleporter. She's hardly in mortal danger from the situation.

She isn't getting upset about the current incident so much as the fact that Saibot's been showing a tremendously bad attitude and a shocking lack of impulse control for the whole story. It's the straw that broke that camel's back.

Well, what exactly is she supposed to do? Teleport in front of him and make weird faces? Defuse the situation be becoming invisible? Give him friggin' psychic counselling sessions? He's WAY out of her power league. All she CAN do is try to get out of the blast zone.

In your opinion maybe, but there seems to be a general opinion that he's acting like his shit don't stink. Plus, he kinda started the previous situation (by going loco at Argent) and this one (by accidentally nuking the bats).

A.J.'s with Legacies, by the way. A super team which is always three steps away from collapsing in potentially fatal infighting isn't going to last for long.

To be fair, he was perfectly justified at being angry and confused when he walked into a briefing room, and saw the one responsible for him being skinned alive. It isnt as if anyone bothered to tell him in the interim that she had changed sides and joined the team

But in her post, she didn't teleport out, she didn't take any action EXCEPT throwing her hands up, and mentally berating the three, then mentally ring Gravitas asking if he has room to add her into his class.

Up to that point, Saibot was enjoying training, he wasn't out for blood, and he was pretty casual. He kept his ring powers down to just enough to find and capture her.

And yes, she IS a psychic, a mindreader and teleporter maybe, but a psychic none the less.

I'll give you the bad attitude, when not on a mission, Saibot has a VERY bad attitude, it stems from his backstory, and the fact he IS, as Blackheart pointed out when he oogled Argent, a bigot (and a hyporcrite, btw) who hates Metahumans and aliens - and blames them for ruining his early life. And he's surronded by them now, he has to work with them in a large scale, or he winds up not seeing the sunlight and/or Argent for along, long time. That would put you in a bad mood to.

A shocking lack of impulse control the entire time? If he wasn't showing impulse control, he would have murdered every one of you twenty times over, or died trying.

That little outburst in the meeting room would have left Avatar with a sword through his head, and Saibot in a federal restraining facility for murder, along with severely injured people. As it stood, the only thing he did was put his hand on the hilt of his weapon. He didn't draw it, he didn't hardly speak.

His little daydream during the meeting was just that, a DAY DREAM! He didn't act on it, everyone is allowed to day dream. Ain't no rule that says daydreams have to be nice and sweet and cuddly fun. In the gym, he was TOLD to attack Blackheart with everything he had. He then went and treated Blast's training session like a real fight, in order to help the kid.

Hell, in this story, if anything, he's been rather subdued.

I'm not talking about her physically assaulting Saibot, that's suicide for her. But she CAN give out the warning that's he's on the loose. Telepathy is a psychic power, and she's dug in people's minds and talked to them a hell of alot, without much mental fatigue.

Even if she doesn't want to warn the others that something tripped in Saibot, and he went loco, she could always TRY to force her way in, and shutdown his brain temporarily, making him pass out. There's a couple of things I could have figurd out to do if my character was faced in the same situation, with just her powers.

Actually Sabiot would be dead not in prison. He's surrounded by people just has powerful or more so who wouldn't be in the mood for talk if he stabbed Avatar in the head. And what are you gonna do when you realize your girlfriend is a meta?

To be honest, I was playing nice. I was taking direction, playing with the kiddies, etc. Sure, I have reasons to distrust Ultimas and hate every one of you filthy genetic freaks......

But I was playing nice. Then things went and got fucked up. Stupid physic links....
