Just in case the nature of Blackheart's apartment is responsible for the stall, he's got a very big place in the upper levels of the building with fancy appliances and nice furniture that has a fairly sterile feel. Lots of black. There aren't little personal touches, pets, or photos lying around. Lots of booze in the cabinets.
