Well, I think he's wearing the thingie that angels wear in the great old paintings :P
And I'm pretty sure it's a young he. You never see SHE angels ^^;;

Angels ar nither male nor female, so making them look unisex is disreable.

I wondering if he's saying something or anything like that. It's because of the hand guestures, it seems very much like he's telling someone off.

Looks more like a double skirt.

I like the legs, but as some constructive advice, the legs are too muscled in comparison to the rest of his body.

I think he is trying to tell us something...I drew him yesterday before the fast started, when I was really obsessed with my sins, and he just came out...somehow :P

Umm, I'm not that muscular and this is how my legs look ^^;;;;
And you actually CAN see the muscules in the legs of little children and very skinny people :)
