Grand Admiral Thorne proposed Darth Kreshna's personal fleet should be dissolved and integrated to the Navy, because he believes that a war needs proper coordination and synergy among the fighting forces.
However, political sentiments has been rising among the population and the Imperial Council. The liberals are against the 'warlord culture' and feudalism; insisting that Darth Kreshna's Sith Authority should be stripped off and his nobility should be reduced to ceremonial status. Besides, they don't like the idea of privately-owned weapons, let alone military-grade war machines (let alone a Death Star).
The conservatives, however, believes the Empire should keep the Sith traditions. It should be noted that they personally dislike Darth Kreshna due to his lifestyle, which is more like 'Mediterranean jet-sets' (like Aristotle Onassis or the Monaco royal families) instead of 'patriotic affluents' like the Kennedy family
However, since the liberals are opposing him..... You know, politics.The military just want more ships and more guns, although they also think that the 'warlord culture' is obsolete compared to a properly organized Navy. That's why they're not so keen of 'personal fleets' like Darth Vader's Death Squadron or Darth Kreshna's. However, they're politically neutral.
