A woman named Erin has two severe neurological conditions that require surgical attention, but she is neither in immediate life-threatening danger nor can she afford insurance, so she needs monetary assistance. She is not asking for donations of any kind though. It turns out the file sharing site ++megaupload.com has a reward program and to qualify she needs only to have a file downloaded many times.

The file is a very small .txt briefly explaining her situation (you can read more on the website) and up to one download a day per IP address counts towards the total. It contains no malicious code, requires very little of us, and it could really help someone out. It would be awesome if you could check it out, and tell others too.
