So you added two big missile racks and now have twice the cannon firepower. So that would be a "yes".
How does my cannon have twice the firepower? I've lost the ability to fire shells and it still feeds to my own internal power, so it can't fire any more powerful of energy weapon. It's pretty much a completely superficial change. The only thing that it might get as a bonus is if he fires from only one barrel at a time he can have a slightly faster rate of fire.
As for the missile racks, yeah that's an addition to firepower, but little more of one than any of the rest of the warbots can claim.

Since the only thing you mentioned was gaining another identical barrel, I can't think of why I shouldn't think you doubled your firepower. And since you can fire twice as fast or hit someone twice in one volley, yes it does double your firepower.
And the missiles are a nice bonus, although losing the shells will help. Still a big net gain.
It's not that I'm unforgiving, it's that most of the people who wrong me are unrepentant assholes.
because of the size of the guns, I also need to know their "ammo".
Even built in weapons on Transformer's don't run exclucively on their internal power feeds - Megatron's fusion cannon for example actually pulls atoms out of the local enviroment to use as ammunition.
You guns....are well....I'm not letting you turn into a one robot army....not every single weapon of your alt mode becomes a weapon of your robot mode, fuck, it's highly bloody unlikely all but one will become a weapon in your robot mode. (Example - Megatron's robot mode has multiple weapons, but none of them are usable at the same time. Metroplex and Trypticon both have scores and scores of weapons systems extended throughout their various alt-modes, but in Robot mode, their limited (Metroplex has a missle launcher and a big fuck off hand held gun, Trypticon has missiles and his plasma flame breath thing, with his hypnobeams)
And even in your Alt mode, we need to discuss your firepower...all well and good your a seige breaker unit....but I won't have you able to single handedly take on something like Trypticon from a distance with your guns.

Ok. A few misconceptions on both sides have been cleared up. I forgot that transformers usually have an auto-reload for missiles. Also, my double barreled cannon does not fire from both cannons. The power comes from behind the barrels and gets diverted down both. If I choose to fire from only one cannon at a time, I double my firing rate but halve my power output per shot.
Anyway, the missiles have been moved from my shoulders (Too much influence from Mechwarrior is my excuse for that) to my back. Six missiles in total, doesn't auto-reload. The cannon stays as it is, though it's a bit smaller. My alt. mode doesn't have the howitzer that I'd wanted.
With Dark Silver's permission, I continued the scene with Blindside and Ratchet. The timing of Blindside stepping out of the CR chamber should coincide with Breakout walking into the Maintenance Bay.
EDIT: The post may look a bit egotistical, but I wanted to establish that Ratchet knew Blindside before he became who he was.

I'm disappointed. You have an obvious traitor in your midst in the form of the recently arrived "autobot" who none of the "Old Timers" can seem to recall from before, not knowing his name. He knows martial arts, he has shockwave's tags all over him and he's an unknown. He's obviously a traitor and an assassin and a cold-PSU'd decepticreep! Now be good little Autobots and kill him already! Yeesh!

Except for the small but important matter of volunteering to have his memory core scanned, sure.

Besides, his landing was totally verifiable, and didn't have any suspicous actions like a helicopter attacking beforehand, or a shootup where nothing really got hit, and no tracks leading there.
But that's just an example...

Bah, excuses excuses. >< LoL You all need to at least shoot him once or twice to make sure. Really, it's how you're suppose to greet all new people to the group. It's like the universal greeting without the happy glowy drugs...

Actually, if you recall Frigid, I was welcomed warmly by Overload who decided to try to test the theory if you could indeed follow Wayne Brady's example and Choke a Bot...

As for shooting Blindside...it's possible, but it would be probably safer to do so from long range.
EDIT: was "traitor," is now more accurately "decepticon infiltrator"
Aww, and just when I lose the ability to shell people from 50 miles away...
Just for the ease of reminiscence of those who'd remember Blindside as Firetrack, he looked then like a less cool version of Hot Rod, with similar coloring. He acted like a slightly older version of Hornet, only loud, brash and irritating instead of endearing.
For the (N)PC's viewing his memory core, Blindside's optics were red as a result of Shockwave's experiments when he left Cybertron, but changed over time to become gold as a result of reaching peace within himself, and as a result of his training.
I'll also say (arbitrarily, for story reasons) that Shellshock, Crimson, Overload, Prime, Ratchet, Ironhide, and Sunstreaker would be most likely to remember him as he was then.

Well technically Slipstream was on Cybertron 9000 years ago. He was just buried under a city at the time. Let me tell you. A couple million tons of metal and electronics tends to hurt.
