Allegiance: Autobots
Functions: Heavy Weapons Gestault
Quote: "Prepare yourself for the pit."

Height: 65 feet

Attributes:
Strength: 4
Endurance: 8
Agility: 4
Intelligence: 5
Firepower: 9
Skill: 6

Merits:

Enhanced Power Outputs (+3)- Breachload is equipped with cannons that are capable of a much greater output of energy than he normally should be. Firepower one size class higher.

Sharpshooter (+2)- Breachload's advanced targetting programs mean that when he picks his target he rarely misses.

Flaws:

Fuel Hog (-2)- Breachload takes a LOT of energon to keep running. Enough that his ability to serve on the field of battle is limited.

Single-minded (-2)- Breachload has a tendency to focus on only one thing at a time to the exclusion of other viable targets.

Split-personality (-1)- Though Overload's mind is subsumed during this mode, bits of his personality echo in Breachload, causing the Gestault to occasionally close to hand to hand.

Merits:

Pit-Fighting (+3)- Overshock's specific variant emphasizes the amount of punishment his 'body' can take without truly harming him, as well as the subtle tactic of ripping his opponent's arm off and beating them with it.

Clear Mind (+2)- With only two minds in his massive frame, Overshock is considerably smarter than the normal gestault. Intelligence is one size class lower.

Flaws

Overconfident (-1)- Though not as durable as other bots his size, Overshock is still more durable than most things he will meet on the battlefield, which allows for his usual Overconfidence to shine.

Split-personality (-1)- Though Shellshock's mind is subsumed during this mode, bits of his personality echo in Overshock, causing the Gestault to occasionally stay back and use only ranged weapons.

Berserker Rage (-2)- Overload, for all the battle experience he has. Was still built as an old civilian model. Fighting and killing is hard enough normally as such. However, with slightly diminished intelligence, the mind of a Warbot in the back of his head, and the amount of combat Overshock usually sees, the gestault has been known to go into a berserk mode. He will attack anything and anyone with no concern over his own safety until the field of battle is covered only with strewn bodies.

Also waiting for a GM post, for different reasons. I've carefully avoided auto-hits (probably for the best anyway - Firetrack's aim is improving, but still not always reliable), but I've two missile strikes to resolve, and a third waiting for Charon to have Shellshock soften up with an artillery strike.

rheonix: I'm looking at your post....and I can't even fucking visualize what manuvers your pulling off in that post....

Actually..I get a glimpse of them..and they violate damn near every law of physics there is. Your anti-gravs don't allow you to pull "drift" like a car in your jet mode while in atmosphre, infact, I'm pretty sure I've NEVER seen anything like that before in atmosphere. Just the friction and turbulance would stop that shit from happening....you couldn't keep steady even with your anti-gravs and manuvering thrusters on full.

And to be rather frank...for someone "unused" to fighting in a jet mode, your pulling shit I don't even see Seekers pulling off.

So...no....

No this will not do at all.....

Remember, Newtonian Physics still applies to Cybertronian jetmodes....

Um, Rhoenix? Hornet's fight with the MiGs happened at very close to ground level, not in the upper atmosphere. Hornet is an actual airplane, not a reconditioned space fighter, and he cannot exceed a certain ceiling of altitude. Neither (to my understanding) can the MiGs. Even if they could though, they were all dragged down to treetop level while engaging Hornet.

At all.

Infact, the only time he said something, was when YOU posted a line from him. One, I'll point out, that was not even suggested by myself.

It is only on my GM-whim, that I went on with it, because it would make the line near the end, all that much funnier.

And it indicates for all the other flaws Waspinator may have, a lack of sheer balls isn't one of them, despite how lack of common sense apparently is one.

And besides, this is a direct outgrowth from all the conversations you guys have had with Hornet all along. You were the ones who told him that the Decepticons could be redeemed. You were the ones who admitted that a great many of you were former Decepticons. You were the ones who told him that war is hell and that he should never be too quick to want to go and kill people. And now, confronted with a Decepticon his own size who seems to be just sick and tired of war, and who was not merely friendly but overjoyed to see him when they first met (if only because of the circumstances), how else would you expect Hornet to react?

Besides, it'll piss off Ironhide :D
