Now I am VERY GLAD I asked to you join us. I don't recall seeing "Snow" before. I can't wait to see more.

I posted it about a week ago on SDN, which was probably why you didn't see it. I've been working on it since July and Chris has been editting. Incidentally, since you're probably going to ask, yes, Chris has been working on OMWF and yes, I have been editting it for him. I have no idea when he will be ready to release the next chapter for public consumption though.

Well, I understand that it has been worked on, but that is just from his FF.net profile.
Anyway, enough of Chris. Any comments on the materials that bumped me up to apprentice in a single day that I posted?

Ohhhhhhhh! I'd not noticed the new chapter of OpenDoor!

... he just sewed Skuld into the Weave.
Mystra is going to be wondering about that.

So far the changes have been small enough that Mystra hasn't noticed. In order to notice the bigger ones she must be alive at the time they take place. Unfortunately I think we can all agree that Mystra is rather... death... prone.
Also, Aruvixa is going to shortly have a great deal of incentive to seek out new means of spellcasting.

Incidentally, is anyone reading this here want it to get off the "Lars and Skuld Show"? Right now my plan is one more of L&S, followed by nBSG and Buffy, but I can keep going with the current plot thread for a while.

Read Open Door last night. It's rather... convoluted. I have trouble keeping track of the Japanese parts of it, as the names kinda blur together in my head. And I rolled my eyes at the Buffy part, but that's just my distaste for that series in general :P.

The Open Door is a sequel to a crossover between the depressing giant robot (cyborg deity... things) anime Neon Genesis Evangelion and the grimdark tabletop game and associated fluff Warhammer 40,000.
It was weird. This one is even weirder.
There's ten pages of Snow currently being looked over by Chris OFarrell, and I will probably poke him Thursday night (my time) if he has not got back to me by then. I will then probably add another 5-10 pages and send it to him for further review. So expect more Snow by October.

Yes, well, when you've just been told that something is a devil, a lawful creature, and you just blasted the room with Word of Chaos, which is capable of killing non-chaotic creatures, and the target went down as you would expect, a somewhat complacent drow might assume that the target is in fact dead and thus can no longer hurt them. And with the guards focusing all of their attention on their captive spell caster, they might not notice the dead "devil" getting back up.
Still, by Lolth's standards, everyone got what they deserved.

Lars' life is just one moment of pain after another. There will be a scene though where he points out that he is an amorphous, genderless blob of congealed emotions and souls of both sexes, so it not like he's actually male. It will go something like.
"Look, no boobs," switches to a female form, "Boobs!" switches to a different male form "No boobs! Not exactly male or female here!"

Yes, but they're about to be considerably more involved with other problems.

The hammer looks off. It looks like the handle isn't centered on the head at all; more like it's attached to the side.

Yeah, the hammer isn't right technically or in what Skuld's hammer actually looks like, but hey, its way better than what I can do.
