Not by too much. You also pay less into the system. But you have the same probability of injury or disease as anyone else. You have a lower probability of things like certain types of diabetes, certain cancers, and heart disease, but you could still get hit by someone crossing the street tomorrow and you can still catch a nasty strain of swine flue or MRSA.
