I'll try not to spoil too much.
IMHO, Craig once again shows why he was chosen as Bond in this movie.
While I felt the fight sequences were a bit too frenzied to see what was happening or where they were at times, they still left me on the edge of my seat. Car Chase, Foot Chase, Boat Chase, Aerial Chase-thru-deadly-canyon; this Bond has all the action covered.
However, there are classy parties, fancy hotels, and even an Opera to let Bond show off his more Civilized side. Nitram complained about the 'lack of gadgets', but they are there, just more subtle. Like tracking a phone by GPS after tricking the person into calling a certain number. Mi6 also had some very nifty toys back in London that had people going Oooooooooooo. (So did the Bond Girls)
The Villain was suitably slimy. He did however have an excellent plan that was/would make him lots of money, as well as making his 'investors' a lot more. Their choice of meeting place, and how they communicated during it without seeing each other's faces was perfectly done. However, I must give a mention of a lesser evil, in the form of the CIA agent perfectly willing to throw in with the Villain's plans.
Not knowing the Villain had them all snowed.
I give this movie an A for a great plot, characters, and locals. I give it a B for the frenzied fight scenes. I give it another A for the satisfaction of watched everyone get what they deserve.
Overall? Grade A Bond Movie that will make you forget all the sad ones we've had since Connery retired as Bond.
