I found the Fetish I was thinking of. It's the Personal Umbral Digital Application (PUDA), which is a stupid name for an awesome concept. It's basically an enchanted Smartphone or iPad that can "record" a rite and then "play it back" at a later time with the touch of a button, unleashing the rite on the spot. I haven't finalized my decision on whether I'd want to replace my Vulcan Interface with it, but I'm strongly considering it.

Would it be available if I chose to?
