A Faerunian week is ten days long.

Wither might be from a plane where it's seven days for all we know, but natives to the Realms would understand him to mean a tenday.

I had forgotten about that. I am, however, saved by the fact that its use is merely widespread, not universal, and the drow city states tend to keep time in their own manner.
