That sounds like a new Exalted Charm for particularly sadistic Abyssals.

[Apollo 13 Flight Director Gene Kranz] Let's look at this thing from a... um, from a standpoint of status. What do we got on the spacecraft that's good? [/Kranz]

One (1) ship, w/ light implosion bow. Requires motes to operate. Plus side: Probably fuck the shit out of mundane ships we find down here.

One (1) Dawn Admiral capable of moderate levels of personal 'Fuck you sideways', rather more effective in naval combat. Currently searching for culprits.

One (1) Night Ninja capable of instructing Abyssals on the proper use of blades and chains. Also scarily good at disappearing until he wants seen.

One (1) Changing Moon Dancer, warform, capable of stunning groups or infiltration.

One (1) Gunzosha Commando.

Against all the Underworld.

Once we find out if we can locate those bastards or not, I think we're gonna go cause some mayhem.

Me: Evil is so inappropriate. I'm ruthless.

Oh yes, and then some. We are sincerely loaded for bear and some goth bitches.

Yeah, I am planning on having Kolth use the "Can we kill him now? He's a goth - its what he wants" line.

Btw, I am assuming this black ship has sails. If not, I may have to edit my post. ~_~

Nomad? I know we're 50yds from the Black Ship.
How far are we from the shore.

If it's 18yds or less, I'm wanting to Leap to the shore, run along it, and then leap the gangplank onto the Black Ship and start causing havoc.

Ah, the first instance where the group now works together to bring down a common foe, with teamwork, a just common cause, and an immense amount of hell.

It bring a tear to my eye, it really does.

It's a bit embarassing, but I just realized that none of you have the prerequisites required to operate an implosion bow (Archery 2, Lore 3), and an Exalt must power the damn things. Well, Yevala is the closest to meeting the prerequisites anyway (lacks just 1 dot in archery), so he can give it a try.

Well, I think we can see where Yvela's XP points are going.

Ok, do I get a stunt die or two for this surprise attack, or will this be a standard roll of dex+martial arts?

Well, you are quite right that none of us (myself included) are really able to fire the thing, I had expected that at least one of those helots provided by Lookshy would be trained in its usage. Furthermore, it is possible to have light-implosion bows use a reagent fed alchemical reservoir (20 motes of essence in alchemical fuel costing resources 3 and purchasable only in a large metropolis like lookshy) according to the wonders of the lost age book. ^_~

Otherwise, I am more than willing to take a shot and see if I can manage to hit anything. :P

They lack the ability to fuel Essence into the bow, even if they have the skills to operate them. Though they would have a hard time hitting the mast of a ship fifty yards away at night - they could target the hull, but accuracy is out of the question.
The alchemical fuel is Resources 3, the alchemical implosion bow itself is artefact 3. Be happy to have one nice implosion bow!

Note that now that Teamhair and Kolth are onboard, you could hit them accidentaly

And hopefully clever stunting with my armor gets me on and draws attention from Kolth's attack. Look! Bright object with Orichalcum Daiklaive! Here, not there!

Just FYI, he has the equivalent of Majestic Radiant Presence active. You'll have to pay 3 WP and take 1 limit to overcome the effect or make Valor checks at every attack. Now that your characters feel the fear gripping at their hearts and litterally so, and shedding the influence could have physical consequences...
